I really love this shoes
I really love this shoes, I think that they have been the best shoes that I have wear in my entire life. They are very confortable and when you walk you only feel the soft of the shoe. I got the Anthracite/Mtllc Slvr/Hypr, the color is fantastic and I ask size 12, it runs perfect. It arrived at time and I'm still loving them. I would like to buy another pair of this style of nike shoes in another color.
A must for cheap amazing shoes
These have to be the cheapest shoes I've ever bought, there super light and so comfy to wear, I can't even buy a good meal for this cheap, there very stylish and well made, you can buy every color and still end up cheaper then a new adidas or Nike shoe, this might be my new shoe brand!.
good value, but don't last long
I've had a pair of these for less than a year and they're really wearing on the bottom. There's not much of the tough rubber layer on the bottom of the sole, so if you do a lot of running, these things definitely will not last much more than half a year. I run roughly 50km/23m a week in them and, if I go with these again, and I think I might, I'll have to pick up another pair after about eight months. I've also noticed that the tip of toe is starting to separate, i.e. the material which covers the top of the toes from the material that covers the tip of the toes. Another indication that these things just aren't meant to last. That's why they're incredibly light, I guess. They feel great, though there's not much bounce to these things (compared to a pair of Nike Free 5.0s). I had some pain in my right knee with my Frees but after having used these things for a while, I no longer have any knee pain. I was trying to find a shoe with a thinner sole so that I might adjust my foot striking habits to a more midfoot style. I think it's worked. I even run 15m cross country in these things--but beware, there's really no ankle support and they're fairly narrow in the sole. One thing that's really bothered me with these shoes is the left insole often gets half yanked out while running. It slides back until part of it is sticking out the back of the shoe where my akle is. It only started doing this after I pulled the insoles out after a rainy day to get the shoes to dry faster. I find it odd it never happens with the right shoe, so it might in part be due to the way I run. But either way, it shouldn't do it, and I shouldn't have to glue them in because it's nice to be able to remove them when the shoe gets wet.
Nike T shirt
I bought this as a gift. The size appears to fit as expected and the color was as advertised.
The best shoes I have ever own
The best shoes I have ever own . I wore Nike and underarmour but Asics Nimbus 18 the best . I really recommend it
Amazing support and light as a feather!
Best running shoes I've ever owned. Highly recommend these to any runners!I used to use Nike shoes for running. No longer... I've now been convinced these are the best shoes ever for long distance.
Extremely comfortable and supportive shoe for a > 200lb runner
Extremely comfortable and supportive shoe for a > 200lb runner. Switched from the Nike Zoom Oddyssey to the Nimbus 18 and it was night and day for me. The Nike was not a bad shoe, but this one is just better for me. Would get occaisional shin splints with the Nike, but so far nothing with the Nimbus. Still a big shoe, but not as clunky as the Nike. Overall, I think this shoe will last me over a 200-300 mile life.
Watch the Sizing - True to Size for Me
These boots are rich in color and the material and fabrication seem very good. However, take heed and go a full size down meaning true to size of what your foot actually measures. For example I have normal width feet and wear 11 1/2 in Nike. I go a full size down in boots and these fit the same. I measure 28.5 cm so that is 10.5 in a true to size boot or 11.5 in athletic shoes. So when I say size down a full size I mean from athletic sizes a full size hence my preface to Nike. I had to return these and sadly my size was not available. Hopefully this helps someone else.
Alternative to pricier running shoes for the average runner.
I like the style and comfort you get for the price. I usually run in Nike or Asics worth three times the price of this shoe, so I’m primarily looking for a cost savings withought loosing the support needed to put in about 20 miles of running a week. So far I am not having any discomfort or joint issues after runs. If All goes well, I will be a repeat buyer!
Heavy Runner's Delight
As a previous Military runner, I was hooked on Aisics. Now that I'm a bit older and pushing 230lbs on 40 year old knees, I decided to look around. 3 years ago I purchased my first pair of these after trying Nike, Sucony, Aisics and Brooks. I kept going back to these despite the price; for a heavy runner, these are the best I've tried and I highly recomend them.
ASICS are where it’s at!
I used to be a big fan of Nike, then I started buying Under Armour. I always assumed that both brands were top notch ...until several years ago when l bought my first pair of ASICS. Five years later they’re still in great shape. Five years of nearly everyday use and they’re still going?! That’s crazy! I’m positively an ASICS guy now!!On another note, this model here (the Gel-Kenum Men’s Running Shoe) fits a tad bit tight, so I’d suggest getting a half size larger than you normally would.
Excellent comfortable and fits like a name brand shoe
My feet are very particular in that I have a hammer toe and it is very hard to find good fitting shoes. Nike Adidas seem to be the only ones I can really wear but these are if not even better for comfort I'm walking and working out. I love them and they are excellent
