Dr. Martens Tisha Shoe - Mahogany color
Very cute and comfortable. I really like the color. Have a wide foot, so it is hard to find comfortable shoes. These are working out great. Plan on using them for sidewalk city walking in the fall and spring.

What a great surprise. The last time I remember ever looking in Dr. Martens direction was 15 years ago when I thought they made mostly the lacquer shiny hipster-style shoes. Since then I never even considered them as an option only until recently when I happened to see these good looking items in store. Gave it a try and finally well done military/urban-style high boots yet not oversized toe-box that I don't need to put in a pad to fill the gap between the toes to the ceiling! Even Timberland (who were my favorite till they changed their sizing) forgot the art of making well constructed and COMFORTABLE fit shoes. Plus - these came true to size! So rare lately! I have ordered in the past few months at least 8 or 9 different pairs of shoes from various different manufacturers and eventually had to return them all since NONE of them was true to size. I don't know what the heck happened to shoes industry that all standards are gone, but obviously Dr Martens are of the few that seem to still master the art of ergonomics. I'm a believer! I truly hope they will keep this line consistent for years to come.

I really like these boots. I did not see in the advertisement the boots came with the Dr. Martens, "Softwair Insoles," but when I put them on, they were unbelievable. I have several other pairs of Dr. Martens boots and love them too, but I never thought of placing an insole inside of them because of the, "Bouncing Sole" has been so comfortable, I did not think I need them. Now, I am thinking different and wonder if I should purchase some Dr. Martens insoles and place them inside all of my boots. I have the Sussex, Emil, and the Combs Nylon Combat boots along with these Austins. Everyone is true to size. I wear a size US 12D and order same and they all fit great. I have other pairs of famous name shoe brands, but as of late, Dr. Martens are the go to brand. I love them and will keep on ordering more. Thinking of ordering this Austin again, but in a different color.
