Looks like a converse, but half the price
Nice design, since no padding around the backside it could be a little discomforting to run. But that's its design, I knew it when I bought it. Value for money.<br />The soft sole makes it feel nice to walk on.

converse never fails to please
i wear converse slip ons all the time and love them. this pair is slightly tight on my left foot only but i know from experience they will stretch a bit as time passes so its ok. the grey color is great, a dove grey which is lighter rather than dark & goes with just about everything, and is a good summer daytime color. as always, converse doesn't have arch support, but they are comfortable and easy to wear for hours.

LOve Converse
I have to go down 1 whole size in Converse from my regular size and it fit perfect. I wear a size 9 women's and brought a size women 8/men 6 USA. This works the SAME for men because I brought a male friend of mine a size down from his regular size and again fit perfect. He was hesitant at first to listen me, but eventually he did. It fit him perfect.
Perfect Converse
Love these shoes. I always wear converse for work and I usually go with the canvas. This time,my employer says I can no longer wear canvas. I ordered these and they fit just like the canvas converse. Perfect shoes, just what I wanted. Could not be happier, thank you!
A good alternative to Converse.
Like others have said, these run a little big so order smaller than what you usually do.<br />I wear 8.5 for canvas Vans and 7.5 for high top Converse. For this shoe, I found that 7 fits me. So you might have to order and return at least once before you figure it out but Amazon does returns for free (as long as not damaged) so that's not a problem.<br /><br />The shoe a lot more comfortable than Converse and I like the way it looks. I will probably order another pair in a different color as well.
