Adidas Skateboarding - built to last
Adidas is probably on of the most underrated skate shoes available today. First, my foot is weird - I measure between 12 and 13 on nearly all measuring devices, but have found most companies' size 12s are too snug and 13s are way too big - like clown-shoes big. Not Adidas. An Adidas size 13 (for me) is perfect (granted, I have not tried the company's 12.5 yet - mainly because not everyone carries this size).<br /><br />Adidas vulcanized shoes are outstanding. The soles last a long time - lots of skating required to wear down the soles, or even shave the sides off the toe from ollieing. I'm currently on a pair of Busenitz vulcanized shoes and the suede has held up really, really well... no holes from ollieing, and the soles (after about 3 months of skating) still look fairly new with only a bit of wear. Granted, I don't skate as often as I did as a kid, but I'm still skating nearly every day plus walking 1-2 miles daily as well. He heels have held up and the insoles... oh, the insoles are possibly my favorite thing about the shoes. The adiprene drop-in insoles are so comfortable. They're thin - but don't let that scare you off. I am overweight, still try and skate daily, and still ollie, skate bowls and run out frequently (like a stomping, fast run-out-down-the-wall-or-slam-really-hard) - and my feet NEVER hurt after skating in Adidas. I have tried other insoles - other very well-known to the skate-industry and while this other brand is good, I think Adidas are great with no need to change them out. I've only purchased a number of pairs because I'm a shoe-geek and fan of Adidas' style. I have yet to wear out a pair.

Can't go wrong with Superstars
Awesome. Perfect fit, don't even dirty too easy, and the split leather design looks cool and almost "broken" yet doesn't ACTUALLY come apart or break at all, as I thought it might by looking at it.<br /><br />Anyway great classic shoes, they're casual enough in public while still looking fresh and bright, and feel comfy.
