EXCELLENT
By far the best running sneaker I have owned. I have had all models of ASICS, several HOKA, Brooks and even Ultraboosts from Adidas. these by far beat every other sneaker hands down. They are comfortable. The toe box is excellent. the only thing I suggest is 1/2 size larger than normal, well at least for me.
Total comfort
The Adidas sole/insole is awesome. I did not expect that. The leather is not quite as nice as I thought it would be though. Still, it's a great shoe and looks good.
That was 40 years ago and I like this version too
I have always been a fan of the Adidas Pro Model. I wore them in Jr. High and High School basketball. That was 40 years ago and I like this version too. Solid shoes! They feel great on a 53 year old playing basketball one night a week!
Love my 510's
This is my 3rd pair of 510s. I believe my first pair were prior to the Adidas affiliation. Got these for $45, which is a steal compared to the $100 price tag on my first 2 pair, both of which were bought at the MTB store in Snowshoe WV.My OG pair are still going strong, but they're starting to show their age, 2nd pair I ended up wearing for fashion instead of riding, so I bought this 3rd pair to replace the OG. These shoes are tough!! I dont know all the in's and outs but I've had some nasty strikes against, stumps, rocks, etc. and they've protected my feet very well. I had one strike where I think I fractured my smallest toe (unconfirmed) but it was a massive hit against a stump.These things glue your feet to the right pedal. My personal choice is OneUp flats. They are also extremely easy to walk in. With this combo, I cant imagine myself ever wanting to switch over to Clips.
Size issue
Size is bigger than regular Adidas sizes, i recommended if yr size is 10 buy 9. Rather than that it's amazing shoes

I use my Adidas for bicycling, running and jump roping. They are durable. I bought the second pair because I thought they would run out of this model.
love my samba 's
Love, love, love these shoes. They run small so I had to order.5 size up. These are almost exactly like I remember them as a kid in the 70's. I hope Adidas keeps the retro styles. I love that they are leather (not plastic).
Great boot, snug fit. Consider ordering larger size.
My son loved the shoes, but I think the no lace style might be a tighter fit. He was wearing adidas 9-1/2 turf shoe that fit but was getting small. Ordered a 10 and 10-1/2, and both were too small. Too bad because the shoes were exactly what he wanted.
Loving the shoes
I had the Adidas 5 Ten Sleuth for a few months before deciding I needed a larger size. I decided to upgrade and get the Freerider. I didn't dislike the Sleuth's but WOW what a difference. The Freeriders have a stiffer sole and just stick so much better to the pedal. Wish I would have just spent the extra $20 and got these originally.

Comfortable but need a little more cushion
The width of the shoe is right on, meaning it's wider than adidas, and pretty much the same as Asics. It seems to be well built. I took one star off because I feel it can use a bit more cushion. I also think it can use better ventilation material. But for the price, it's a good buy.
Great golf shoes!
I've owned other brands of golf shoes, this is my first Adidas pair. I played 45 holes in two days with these shoes right out of the box. Very comfortable, no rubs or sore spots, no break-in needed. Highly recommend.
This model does not have the extended tongue like other sambas
If your a fan of the Samba, you know what to expect. This model does not have the extended tongue like other sambas. That's OK, just letting you know.
sneaker that works as hard as a boot
I have a job where dexterity and agility are paramount... Along with durability and some water resistance..... These Adidas have proved their worth so far... I have zero complaints... Excellent footwear in my opinion
